Published content is for information only and does not replace a contract. A contractual relationship arises only through a contract or a quotation approved and signed by both parties. 3. Prices and quotations
The company does not publish prices on the website. The financial consideration is set in a written quotation issued after the scope of work is defined, and remains valid for the period stated therein. 4. Orders and payment
Submitting a form on the website is a request for a quotation, not a purchase order, and creates no obligation for either party. An order is considered confirmed when the quotation is approved and the advance payment is made. 5. Client obligations

6. Intellectual property
Ownership of the final deliverables passes to the client upon full payment of amounts due. Public tools, libraries and software frameworks remain subject to their original licences. 7. Equipment and licences

8. Limitation of liability

9. Governing law
