Yes. Rawasy for Development is a Mauritanian company registered in the commercial register at the Nouakchott Commercial Court. We contract under a formal agreement and issue a formal invoice that enters your accounts. We can take part in tenders and work as a subcontractor.

Because an honest price cannot be written before the work is known: the number of points, vehicles or users, the state of what already exists, and the location of delivery. We start with a free diagnosis session or inspection, then send a written quotation with a fixed amount that does not change after signature.

A starter website takes ten business days; an advanced website three to five weeks; a store four to six; a management system six to twelve; an application eight to sixteen. Installation of cameras and tracking devices takes from one to ten days depending on the number of points and vehicles. The period starts when we receive your content and data, or when the equipment arrives.

The delivery date is written in the contract. Delay caused on our side is offset by a deduction agreed in the contract. Delay caused by late arrival of your content or approvals extends the period by the same amount.

Yes, and that is the basis of how we work. You receive an Arabic control panel, training on it, and a user guide. Adding a product, publishing news, or editing a page does not require contacting us.

They are yours. The code, domain, hosting accounts and data are all in your organization’s name, and are delivered to you in full. We do not keep anything that would force you to stay with us.

No, but it is strongly recommended. A system without security updates and backups is exposed to downtime or intrusion. Anyone who chooses not to subscribe receives their system in full and takes on its administration.

Bankily, Masrivi, Sadad, bank transfer, or cash at the office. The payment schedule is set in the quotation: a portion on contracting, a portion at initial delivery or installation, and the remainder on final acceptance. Subscriptions are paid monthly or annually.

Yes. Most digital work is done remotely by calls and screen sharing. On-site visits inside Nouakchott are included; outside it, travel cost is added to the quotation explicitly.

Yes. Migrating existing data is a normal part of the project. If the files are relatively orderly, the transfer is included. If they are very disordered, the cleanup is priced separately after we have reviewed them.

That is why most digitization projects fail. We therefore train the team before delivery, not after; we build the system on how they actually work, not on a theoretical model; and we start with one process instead of changing everything at once.

We digitize one small process in your organization within two weeks at no charge. If you like the result, we continue under a contract. If you do not, you pay nothing and keep what was completed. The offer is limited to three organizations per month.
